Anthony D. Giannascoli was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Temple University in 1980. Mr. Giannascoli graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 1983. He then attended Villanova University School of Law and received his Masters of Law degree in taxation in 1987. Mr. Giannascoli is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Giannascoli worked for approximately three (3) years in public accounting, including working with the firm of Touche Ross and Company, then one of the “Big Eight” national CPA firms. Commencing in 1988, Mr. Giannascoli was a named partner in a Berks County based law firm for ten (10) years. During this time he also served as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Reading from 1989 through 1998. Mr. Giannascoli joined the firm of Fox Rothschild LLP as a partner in 1998, where he remained a partner in their Chester County office until May of 2006. While at Fox Rothschild, in addition to being a member of their Corporate Department, he also served as co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services Department. Subsequent to Fox Rothschild, Mr. Giannascoli was a partner at the Chester County firm of Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP. In August of 2007 Mr. Giannascoli again formed and opened his own law firm in Exton, Pennsylvania, Giannascoli & Associates, P.C.

Throughout his career Mr. Giannascoli’s practice has focused primarily in the areas of general business and commercial law, banking law, real estate law and tax law. He has an extensive background in all types of corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial loan documentation, commercial loan collection, foreclosure and workout, tax and estate planning, real estate development and financing, and business and real estate sale and acquisition transactions. Giannascoli & Associates represents numerous small and mid-sized businesses and business owners, from the single member LLC to clients with up to 200 employees. Giannascoli & Associates also represents numerous regional banks and financial institutions.
